    Excellence has a price, and Capital Grille delivers a great value. From moment one, start to finish, superb in every way. Easy valet parking at the Conrad Hotel, our waiter and culinary guide (Rick?) made us feel like we were the most important clients he had ever attended... And made some fantastic suggestions. This type of experience and food is priceless.

    Elegance at its finest. Service was over the top. Our waiter Will made sure the first time experience left an impression on us. Pricing was great for phenomenal dishes as well as top of the line deliverance. To end the evening we enjoyed a decadent dessert accompanied with our dinner.

    Stayed at the Conrad Hilton then had an excellent breakfast at The Capital Grill. Delicious, all five of us pleased. Friendly staff, attentive server. Reasonable priced. BONUS tiny one ounce jars of preserves for the toast 😊

    I had blueberry pancakes and peppered hash. Amazing. Blueberries were fresh and steak very tender and flavorful. The service was great as well.

    Amazing place, great food and drinks with excellent service. I would like to give Chris, the bartender, a huge thank you for making my first time there amazing. He was extremely accommodating and even made me an special drink! For dinner, I got the lamb dish with roasted mushrooms. It was savory and well seasoned and the presentation was a divine.
